Refund & Return Policy

At Havin’ It Life, we create products designed to elevate your space. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:
Item must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at havinitlife@gmail.com. Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or video and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for used products, items without original packaging, sale/discounted products, hygiene or personal care items, or customized décor pieces.

Exchanges:
Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. Please contact us.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please email us.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to damage or incorrect item, shipping is covered by us. If the return is due to change of mind or personal preference, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
